Hands down the best dry cleaning experience I've ever had! I actually had to clean my wedding dress and neck scarf before the wedding as I had done some practice dances in it and it got a bit dirty. They gave my wedding dress special treatment and finished it in record time before my date, I felt completely taken care of, they really cared about me and did an amazing job. Could not be happier! Excellent 10/10 my first experience with them I had a rush which they were happy to accomodate despite being very popular and busy. It was for a fine suit which they processed with care and perfection. Due to traffic I was delayed in my pickup yesterday, and the very sweet lady answered the phone and graciously kept the business open beyond operating hours just for me. She was very kind and understanding when I arrived and didnt rush me out. My mother in law has been using McClean Cleaners for many years and has only wonderful things to say about them. While visiting her recently, she suggested my husband bring his well-loved (read: stained and rather grimy) Tumi canvas messenger bag to them to see if it could be salvaged. No other cleaner said it would be possible but McLean Cleaners got terrible stains out of my wedding dress from 30 years ago so my daughter could use it. It looked brand new!
